Tend isn't one commitment. It's a rhythm you can enter at whatever depth fits you right now. Every one of them has a guide or companion for you to engage with at home. This isn’t about sitting silently on a zoom call or listening to a teacher drone on. It’s about putting things into practice in your real life.

mid season care package

A free PDF at the center of each season: a playlist, a recipe, a creative prompt. No enrollment required.

Quarterly, at each season's midpoint.

solstice & equinox events

One evening marking the turning point of a season. Teaching, reflection, a shared practice, then a companion guide to take home.

Quarterly, the Thursday before the solar event.

threshold workshops

Three hours of seasonal & creative practices at the seam between two seasons. Each has a lesson from the Enneagram's Idealist Triad and a guide to continue practicing at home.

Three times a year, the month before the next season begins.

Two months inside a season's central theme. Four live gatherings, two mailed care packages, with teaching & practices you move through at your own pace.

Three times a year, for two months each season: Autumn, Winter, Spring.

Tend the Year grew from our own longing for a sustainable rhythm with reflection, creativity, and communal care. We're not offering you a theory, we built this because we needed it ourselves.

Both of us have taught the Enneagram to hundreds of people. It was time to connect that teaching to something more.
